New T&Cs in line with Covid-19 at Dale Head Hall, Lakeside Hotel.
Here at Dale Head Hall the health and safety of our customers and staff alike is paramount.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and in line with Government guidelines we have introduced a few changes to ensure our customers can come for a relaxing stay whilst feeling that they are in a clean and safe environment.
Upon arrival at the hotel please head straight for reception. Check in will be a little different from usual and we require all guests to adhere to the 2m social distancing guidelines.
In line with social distancing guidelines and in the interests of guests safety we have taken the decision to close the restaurant. Our breakfast will be a little different and evening meals are currently unavailable. Each morning a breakfast bag will be placed at your door full of yummy goodies for you to enjoy.
Each bedroom will be deep cleaned prior to your arrival. We have removed the automatic daily housekeeping and as an alternative please just ask at reception if you need any extra towels or toiletries for your room. These will be placed outside your room for you as wherever possible we will avoid entering your room during your stay. However, at check in should you still require your room cleaned during your stay you will be given a timeslot for this to be done. We will require you to vacate the room during your allocated cleaning time. We have removed all reading materials and guest information books from our rooms. Should you require any extra information during your stay please contact reception by dialling 0 from the phone in your room.
To help with social distancing we require all guests to enter only through the front door and exit through the rear door by reception. Please be mindful of other guests when using the corridors and we encourage the use of face coverings in all our public areas.
Hand sanitiser will be placed in all major contact points and we encourage all guests to utilise this each and every time they enter the building.
All these measures may be adapted accordingly in line with Government guidelines.
We kindly request that any guests showing symptoms of Covid-19 not to enter the building. Please contact reception if you develop any symptoms whilst at the hotel.
Our new terms and conditions supersede all previous during the current pandemic. Should you not be happy with the current changes all direct bookings may now be transferred to another date within 12 months of your current booking (different rates may apply). For non-direct bookings please contact your booking agent.
